The purchased items are sent through a specialized transportation agency to the address provided by the Customer when filling out the registration form. The product will be shipped as soon as SPORT NEEDS has received effective payment confirmation.

The shipping costs according to the market are as follows:

Spain and Portugal:

• Shipping Costs:

  • Orders from 0 to 50€: 5.99€

  • Orders from 50 to 150€: 3.90€

  • Free shipping on orders over 150€

• Delivery Time:

  • Spain: 2-3 days

  • Portugal: 3-5 days

We do not deliver to the following areas: Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and Portugal (island; Azores and Madeira). 

Europe (Except UK, Norway, Switzerland, and Andorra)

• Shipping Costs:
  • Orders from 0 to 50€: 14.99€
  • Orders from 50 to 150€: 11.90€
  • Orders from 150€: 8.90€

Delivery Time: 5-8 days

(*) We do not ship to Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

(*) We do not ship to Madeira and Azores (Portugal non-mainland)

The Customer will receive an email confirming their order. Additionally, a new email will be sent at the moment when your purchase has left the warehouse.

Customers will be able to track their order through the "track number" provided by the transportation agency. This number will be automatically sent to the Customer via email.

SPORT NEEDS will use the transportation agency that provides the best service in the destination area of the shipment.
